Carlos A. Gutierrez

Engineering Technician

Carlos Gutierrez joined the GC family in October of 2014. With a degree in Public Works Engineering and Administration and 20 years of Municipal Public Works/Engineering experience, Carlos is one of our greatest assets. He has served LA County as an engineering designer and drafter, a capital improvements project manager and a construction inspector with an additional three years of site evaluation and plan processing experience in the solar energy industry.

Carlos is a joy to work with—he can always make you laugh. He and his wife of 21 years have lived in Santa Clarita since 1995. They are a proud mother and father to a brilliant daughter who recently graduated from Hart High school with honors and is now attending college in NYC. They are also the proud owners of Ray, their miniature Pinscher. Carlos and his family love to travel, especially to the Caribbean islands. When he isn’t working hard in the production office, Carlos loves to play softball and race his “home-brewed” 1990’s Japanese compact racecar at the Willow Springs Raceway or Buttonwillow Raceway Park.
